Shipping & Returns
Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process and ship your items. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Cozy Dreamerz uses USPS and UPS for domestic shipping. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart. Shipping discounts may be applied due to active promotions.
Cozy Dreamerz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipment has left our facility. Cozy Dreamerz is not liable for any shipping returns due to an undeliverable address. Additional fees may apply for any reshipments due to lost packages or packages returned. These fees will be communicated with you prior to reshipment or return labels being provided.
If you add the upgraded priority shipping to your order, the processing time will remain 1-2 business days, the shipping time will be upgraded to 2-3 day shipping. All other orders will be sent with first class mail which takes approximately 4-5 business days. We do our best to keep all items in-stock but certain items do sell out and may not be available for rush delivery.
At this time we are not accepting orders outside of the USA.
PROMO CODES & DISCOUNTS:
Our promotions and coupon codes cannot be combined. We only allow one promotion or coupon code to be used at a time. Promotions and coupon codes also cannot be applied to previous orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Cozy Dreamerz will accept merchandise returns within 14 days of delivery of your items. Items eligible for return must be in original condition, tags attached and unworn. Once an item is returned and inspected, we will issue the refund. Please contact us with your order number at email@example.com for return instructions.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. We will gladly accept your return under the specifications above.
We do accept cancellations, but requests are not guaranteed. Some orders are shipped the same day. If you would like to cancel and your order has shipped, please refer to our return policy listed above. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help you with the process.
We will happily replace the product (stock allowing) free of charge. All goods must arrive back to Cozy Dreamerz in their original condition with the original labels and tags attached. Any goods that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return. We will process returns within 3 business days of your order arriving back to us.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund within 3-5 business days after receiving your refund confirmation, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or your bank. There is often some processing time with your financial institution before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist.
